Viking Dynamics was founded by a mechanical engineer who built a career doing real work in demanding industries. The through-line across every role: take on complex engineering and operational challenges, figure out what actually needs to happen, and get it done.
Our founder's background spans product design and applied research, precision manufacturing in defense and ammunition production, and most recently the full ground-up launch of a contract manufacturing facility as Director of Operations — acquiring the building, designing the process flow, specifying and commissioning every piece of equipment, writing the SOPs and quality documentation, and getting the operation compliant and running.
Along the way, experience in highly regulated industries built deep fluency in compliance frameworks that most engineers never touch — a genuine differentiator when clients need operations that have to pass scrutiny, not just produce parts. Add 15 years in the heavy hauling and transportation industry, and the result is a founder who understands manufacturing from every angle.
